14:00 – 18:00 Afternoon Class
8:30am – 9:00am : Local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An and then visit Tra Que Vegetable Village, one of the traditional village of Hoi An where you can discover a vast array of organic vegetables cultivated by locals using chemical-free methods. Also You’ll learn more different kinds of the organic fresh local herbs and enjoy the atmosphere there.
10:00am: Take you to Local Market to see a crowded and bustling morning market. You’ll communicate with local traders, learn how to bargain and select the best fresh ingredients with good quality for your meal.
11:00am: Come to Faifoo Central Restaurant ( Or Cua Dai Central Beach Restaurant ) and enjoy the welcome drinks by the beautiful river view. Attend a cooking class and learn how to cook Vietnamese Food & valuable culinary skills from our local guide. Handing on cooking by yourself and enjoy all dishes you cook at our cosy space.
