Faifoo Central Restaurant is called from the old name of Hoi An “ FAIFOO” in the 16th century when Hoi An was a South- East Asian trading port. Our local family would like to preserve its history to share this story to all valued guests. Additionally, with our passion and authentic knowledge of our local food, we’d like to share Vietnamese cuisine in general and Hoi An specialties in particular. We get fresh food daily from a traditional eco farm in Hoi An _ Tra Que Vegetable Village over 300 years, seafood from the  Cua Dai  Beach or Duy Hai Fishing Village  to the table deliveries to ensure that only the finest ingredients are used to create quality dishes.

Besides, we also organize Daily Authentic Cooking Class with Tra Que Vegetable Village and Market Tour. Join our cooking class to indulge in an authentic culinary experience and explore the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine.
